Using Shipy
These terms apply when you use the Shipy website, join our pilot, or access our services. By using Shipy, you agree to these terms. If you use Shipy for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
The service
Shipy is an AI operating system for ship brokerages. The product is under development and may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. Shipy does not act as a broker, counterparty, legal adviser, or financial adviser. You remain responsible for every commercial decision and transaction.
Your account and conduct
Provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and use Shipy only for lawful business purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you lack the right to use.
Ownership and feedback
Shipy and its software, design, and content belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of information you provide. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to operate and improve the service. If you give us product feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.
Third-party services
Shipy may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, communications, and other functions. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shipy is provided as available without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Shipy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as Shipy develops. We will post the revised terms here and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
